Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are delighted to be working with a practice who an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their amazing. With the clinical freedom to follow and work up cases to a high standard, and be involved in delivering a first-class surgical and medical service, their vets experience a wide and varied caseload.
Rota:
40hrs per week, over 4 days and some weekend work. Any OOH will only be for in-patients.
Salary:
Salary up to £60K DOE plus benefits
About them:
This is a long-established, well-respected practice on the outskirts of Oakham, Rutland. Their purpose-built premises are set in 8.5 acres surrounded by beautiful, rural countryside. They have extensive hospital facilities including CT, endoscopy, dental x-rays, ultrasound and MRI. They are progressive and provide exceptional client care with an emphasis on case continuity.
Their team of 8 vets, including certificate holders in orthopaedics, cardiology, surgery, medicine and dentistry, ensure that, through their clinical skills and knowledge, they continue to provide excellent veterinary care across a wide range of cases.
Candidate Requirements:
They are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, an interest in surgery would be advantageous.
A team player with effective communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of client care. Excellent clinical, diagnostic and medical management skills. Enthusiastic and motivated to add to our reputation.
