We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join one of the leading veterinary groups in Hong Kong.
You will be an integral part of this well-established clinical team, bringing your energy, exceptional hospitality, and dedication to ensure that patients and clients receive top-notch care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations, surgical operations, and investigative procedures.
Adhere to and reinforce company protocols.
Provide expert guidance to pet owners on nutrition, preventive healthcare, general care, medical conditions, and treatment options, including euthanasia when necessary.
Maintain effective communication with clients regarding the progress of hospitalised patients and the reporting of laboratory results.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
Pursue Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance veterinary skills and knowledge.
Perform routine soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, including dental procedures.
Operate diagnostic equipment such as ultrasound and radiography machines and interpret imaging results.
Implement and enforce quarantine and testing procedures in compliance with government regulations.
Requirements:
Eligible for Veterinary registration in Hong Kong
Proficiency in advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures is a plus.
Familiarity with medical equipment, including X-ray machines, and anesthesia procedures.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Compassion for animals and patience.
