The Practice
Has gone through rapid expansion due to relocation and extension of its incredible facilities.
The brand-new purpose-built premises span two floors.
The state-of-the-art facility includes an on-site CT scanner, a rehabilitation centre with hydrotherapy and physiotherapy, a dental radiography suite, 5 consult rooms, 2 theatres, a diagnostic imaging and ultrasound scanning suite, an internal laboratory, and multiple Gold standard hospital wards.
The practice strives to work to the highest standards, recognising the contribution of each team member and encouraging and supporting special interests.
A diverse caseload provides many opportunities for further development.
Most procedures are kept in-house, with access to superb nearby hospitals for more complex cases.
The Team
Includes experienced team of 5 Vets & 6 RVNs.
Joint Owners are both Cert Holders and have experience in advanced orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, and a passion for Medicine and leads the CT diagnostic imaging.
The Role
Responsible for consults, routine surgeries, dentals, and case management in all aspects of investigations including CT.
Flexibility to tailor role to consult only or surgical bias.
Providing high standards of clinical care to clients and patients, ensuring compliance, and encouraging a progressive clinical culture across the team.
Demonstrating a strong client focus and managing the consistent delivery of exceptional care.
Supporting the team and helping develop skills where required.
The Candidate
RCVS registered with a minimum of 2 years UK experience
A team player working collaboratively in practice and with wider colleagues
Excellent communication skills
The Rota
Working days and hours can be tailored to suit family needs, other interests, or commitments outside of practice life.
No Sundays, Bank Holidays, or Out of Hours
Saturdays will be a maximum of 1 in 4 on a rota basis
