We are delighted to be representing an Independent Practice based in Rochester, Kent who are recruiting a talented Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced team of Vets.
The Practice and position:
The practice has a high surgical and imaging caseload.
Large operating theatre.
Settled team of experienced Vets.
The practice is offering either a 3-day or 4-day workweek, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
The salary is up to £75,000 per annum.
Beautiful two-bedroom accommodation can be provided for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities for the Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon include:
Consulting with clients, examining animals, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, and providing advice on animal health and care
Performing surgeries, including routine spays and neuters, as well as more complex procedures such as orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries
Prescribing medication and providing follow-up care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
Participating in continuing education and staying current with advancements in veterinary medicine
The Salary & Benefits:
The salary is up to £75,000 per annum
