I’m excited to be partnering with a well-established small-animal practice that is now looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team on a part-time basis. About the Role
This is a two-day-per-week position, offering the ideal blend of independent practice and collaborative work. One day will be sole charge, while the other allows for crossover with an experienced senior clinician who knows the client base inside out.
Your rota will also include:

A light weekend rotation

Occasional supported hospital shifts, following a structured induction

Access to a dedicated emergency and critical care team for out-of-hours cases
You’ll have the reassurance of a highly experienced nursing team at your side, strong operational guidance from a long-standing regional manager, and on-hand clinical support when you want a second opinion. Complex cases can be referred easily to a nearby 24-hour hospital equipped with advanced imaging, surgical expertise and a stable night team.
The surrounding area offers excellent transport links, great amenities for your downtime, and quick access to green space when you want a breather from city life.
