Are You a Veterinary Surgeon Looking for a Practice Where Quality, Balance and Recognition Truly Matter?
I’m working with a standout opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who wants to practise excellent medicine in a genuinely supportive, well-run environment where people are valued just as much as patients.
This is a high-performing, award-recognised GP practice with an outstanding reputation for clinical standards, client care and team culture. It’s led by highly experienced clinicians who understand the realities of practice life and are deeply committed to creating a positive, sustainable workplace.
Why this role is different
You’ll be joining a close, collaborative team made up of experienced vets, skilled nurses, and strong leadership support. The ethos here is calm, organised and patient-focused. Appointments are sensibly structured, diaries are well managed, and the day is designed so you can leave on time.
You’ll see a varied and interesting caseload, with a healthy mix of medical and surgical cases. The practice is well equipped with modern diagnostics and clinical tools, allowing you to work cases up properly and maintain high standards without unnecessary pressure.
This role would suit a confident GP Veterinary Surgeon who is comfortable with sole charge when required, enjoys being part of a team, and values good communication. Flexibility is genuinely considered, so if you’re looking for something slightly different from a traditional full-time rota, that conversation is welcomed.
