They will be opening the doors to their state of the art, purpose-built surgery and they are seeking a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join them on their journey- to become the best pet care business in the world!
About:
Their Joint Venture Partner (JVP), who has 25 years industry experience, is passionate about Orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery, and is opening the surgery with two operating theatres. They are keen to work with another Vet who will be primarily GP focused, but also get involved with surgeries when needed and the JVP is open to mentoring and supporting a newly qualified Vet to help them along their career journey.
The practice is in the lovely market town of Spalding, with good national and international transport links and the opportunity to establish a loyal, engaged client base quickly.
You will be working alongside their JVP Vet and a skilled and engaged nursing team, whilst also gaining the backing from their first-rate, experienced practice support team.
Their new practice can offer you the environment, caseload and equipment needed to utilise the skills you’ve gained to date whilst also giving you plenty of opportunity to develop further. They are proactive to continually support postgraduate qualifications and CPD for training in your areas of interest and their JVP is keen to mentor and support.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have good small animal experience, be comfortable with sole charge and relish being part of a team. You will be keen to work towards the same practice vision of providing gold standard pet care to the local community and your patients.
As a brand new practice, they are happy to offer full or part time hours for the right individual, with no OOH required. They welcome vets looking to relocate, either within the UK or from overseas. They are happy to provide both relocation and sponsorship packages to make this an easy journey.
