We are pleased to be working with a well-established veterinary hospital in Saffron Walden who are seeking to appoint a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon. Offer flexibility with the type of position, can offer a role that would be tailored to across hospital inpatient care, surgery, and consultations, or a purely consulting role.
Hospitalise inpatients enabling to work up difficult cases thoroughly and provide the best possible care. All emergency calls are dealt with by OOH Service.
The rota for this role will involve working 40 hours per week over 4 days.1 in 6 weekends.
The salary for this role will be up to £65,000 depending on experience.
The Hospital
You will be joining a highly experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons with a diverse range of interests and expertise and loyal team of Registered Veterinary Nurses and Student Veterinary Nurses. Have a number of visiting specialists enabling to work cases up to a high standard in-house.
Applicant Requirements
We are looking for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon ideally with a minimum of one year’s clinical experience.
Non-UK residents will be considered.
A driving license is required.
Confident new graduates may be considered.
