Veterinary Surgeon – Modern Established Practice
A leading Veterinary Practice in Basingstoke is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team. Offering a salary of up to £75,000 DOE, up to £6,000 relocation allowance, visa sponsorship, and up to £3,000 welcome bonus, this is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified vets to grow their skills in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical and surgical care for animals, including diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries
Perform routine check-ups and vaccinations
Collaborate with an experienced, long-standing veterinary team, nursing team, and support team of receptionists
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Work Schedule:
Flexible working hours, with both full-time and part-time positions available
Full-time position is 40 hours over 4 days with no out-of-hours requirements
Flexibility to accommodate reduced working days and flexible hours
Practice and Equipment Details:
Separate cat and dog kennels, consult rooms, and an operating theatre
Well-equipped with Digital X-Ray, Idexx ProCyteOne, Catalyst, and Ultrasound
ISFM accredited small animal practice
