Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment are delighted to be representing a Veterinary Hospital based in Rayleigh, Essex who are actively recruiting a Small Animal Vet to join a dedicated Veterinary Team.

The Position:

Responsibilities:

  • Work up and manage own cases in a busy, single-site 24hr hospital.

  • Provide high-quality care alongside an experienced nursing team and support staff.

  • Utilise advanced equipment including separate surgical areas, ortho suites, a bereavement suite, ultrasound machine, digital x-ray, and dental x-ray.

  • Contribute to a friendly and supportive environment in an accredited Gold Cat Friendly Clinic (ISFM).

  • Choose between a consulting-only option or a 50/50 split between surgery and consults.

Requirements:

  • Veterinary degree and relevant certifications.

  • Strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration.

  • Ability to manage own caseload efficiently.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary from £40,000 to £65,000 DOE + bonus.
