Our client who we are pleased to be working with are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their established and supportive team. There will be a mix of consulting and operating, they try to make sure all vets have equal time in theatre.
Rota:
Their usual rota is a 5-day week (8 hours per day). However, they are open to flexible working if it can be accommodated. Their Vets work a range of shifts for example 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, 11:00am-7:00pm, these shifts vary day to day to allow for all Vets to have some early and some later start times. It also allows flexibility to request a certain shift on a certain day if you have any personal matters to attend to. The weekend rota is usually 1 in 4 and weekends can be swapped if needed. There are no out of hours.
About them:
They are a small practice in the heart of Beaconsfield that prides themselves on their community feel and ethos. They have a family-like approach to their team and like to build strong working relationships and friendships.
The practice has 3 consultation rooms, 1 prep/dental area with dental xray, 1 theatre, 1 x-ray room, ultrasound, in house laboratory, separate dog and cat wards.
As well as routine surgery, they perform orthopaedic and some more advanced soft tissue surgery.
They currently have 4 Vets, 4 Nurses/Animal Care Assistants and 4 receptionists.
Salary:
Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience
