Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are thrilled to be working with a practice who is seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their thriving, well-established practice, offering exceptional nurse-to-vet support to ensure top-quality patient care.
About Us:
They’re a modern, purpose-built facility equipped with digital and dental x-ray, laparoscopy, ultrasound, a full in-house lab, separate dog, cat, and exotics wards, and a fully equipped operating theatre.
They are continually growing and handling a diverse range of cases, making this an exciting time to join their team.
What Makes This Role Unique:
You’ll be joining a supportive team led by their practice owner, who has over 21 years of experience in veterinary medicine, and their Head Vet with 24 years of experience. This provides a unique learning environment with opportunities for professional development, including funded CPD and certificates.
They run with 3 vets each day, ensuring ample support, with 2 vets consulting and 1 dedicated to surgery.
Working pattern:
This role offers part-time hours or weekends only, with no OOH, and a flexible rota to suit your lifestyle. They also offer 15-minute consults, built-in catch-up time, and protected breaks.
What They Offer:
Salary: Up to £65,000 (FTE), depending on experience
Holidays: 6.6 weeks
