Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are pleased to be working with a practice who is looking for an exceptional veterinarian to join them! They have been caring for pets for over 50 years and are in beautiful Redondo Beach, California.

About them:
They’re proud to be their patient’s second guardian. They deliver full-service veterinary care with skill, compassion and attention to detail from head to tail.

Their patients deserve expert care. They are a busy, small, 2 doctor practice and most of their clients come to them by client referrals. They are well established in the community and take excellent care of their patients and clients. They are looking for a veterinarian who can stay calm under pressure who will support schedule of appointments and occasional walk-ins. They are well equipped with digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, therapeutic cold laser and a well-trained staff (RVT's and more in training!).

Location:
Redondo Beachis a coastal city in Los Angeles County, located in the South Bay region of the Greater Los Angeles area. It is one of three adjacent beach cities along the southern portion of Santa Monica Bay. We are about 20 minutes from LAX, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, not far from the beach, and have perfect weather!

Schedule:

Full time with them means either 3 or 4 x 10 hour shifts per week. They are also open to part-time applicants.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degreerequired.

  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.

  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
