Ready to Shape a High-Energy Clinic and Make a Real Impact as a Veterinary Surgeon?

I’m delighted to share an exceptional opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a busy, varied caseload and loves bringing energy, ideas, and clinical confidence to a growing team. If you’ve been searching for a role where you can truly make your mark, this one stands out.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced first-opinion setting with a consistently high clinical demand—perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge and values the excitement of diverse daily cases. The practice is entering an exciting phase of development, with new team members joining and investments being made to elevate the standard of care even further. It’s an ideal moment for a vet who wants to influence positive change and help shape the next chapter.

You’ll work a structured 4-day week, supported by a dedicated senior vet, a strong nursing team, and wider regional clinical leadership. Weekend duties fall on a fair rotation, with no excessive out-of-hours commitment, and you’ll also gain valuable ECC exposure through occasional twilight shifts. Complex cases are backed by a nearby 24-hour hospital, ensuring you always have access to advanced support when needed.

If you want a role with variety, responsibility, clinical freedom, and strong mentorship when you need it, this position offers all of that—within a lively and well-connected part of the city.

What You’ll Receive:
A comprehensive package designed to support your development, wellbeing, and long-term progression:

  • Competitive salary, typically £45,000–£61,000 (FTE) depending on experience

  • Generous annual leave, including bank holidays

  • Substantial CPD budget with paid study days to invest in your growth

  • Private medical healthcare options to support your wellbeing

  • Relocation support available where applicable

  • Protected breaks and a healthy approach to work-life balance

  • Professional fees covered, plus access to wellbeing and medical cashback schemes

  • Excellent staff discounts on a variety of services

This is truly a standout role for a vet ready to build strong client relationships, embrace clinical variety, and be part of an exciting period of transformation.

If this sounds like your next move, I would love to speak with you!
