Veterinary Surgeon – Full Time

Our client that we are delighted to be working with are looking for an additional vet to join their friendly, busy, progressive practice based in Huntingdon. Their practice is conveniently located close to all major transport routes including the A14 and A1 and they are based inside a busy store with free onsite parking.
About:
Their established practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental machine, theatre and fully equipped lab facilities.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team made up of 2 Full Time Vets, 3 Part Time Vets, 1 Practice Manager/Veterinary Nurse, 3 Full Time Veterinary Nurses and 1 Veterinary Care Assistant. The team benefits from a variety of individual interests and specialist knowledge including one team member holding a Certificate in Ophthalmology, a visiting Orthopaedic Surgeon and visiting Specialist Cardiologist.
Ideal candidate:
They are seeking a Vet who is great with clients and has excellent communication skills to fit in well with the rest of their team. You will be confident with routine surgical and medical cases.
The role is full time, 40 hours a week and will include 1 in 4 weekends. Could consider part time hours for the right candidate, however full time is preferable. There is also no OOHs responsibility with this role ensuring a great work/life balance.
