Veterinary Surgeon – Experienced Vet Team/ Mentoring/ Development

We are delighted to be representing modern, established Practice based in Upton Upon Servern area who are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and personable Veterinary Surgeon to looking for an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive team.

The Practice:

  • Be part of a friendly, supportive team, including experienced Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses and a Practice Manager.

  • Work in a small, family-friendly practice with plans to expand and grow the team.

  • Have access to in-house lab machines, x-ray, ultrasound, and recently refurbished kennels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tailor a role to fit interests, whether it be consulting only or including surgery.

  • Manage diary to ensure time for administrative tasks such as phone calls or processing lab results.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support within the practice.
