Role Overview:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care and tailored treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide clear communication to clients with updates on their pets' health.
  • Lead by example, mentoring and developing your team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support and share best practices across the Medivet community, enhancing the clinic’s performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, practice, and operational standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Experience in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients
  • Strong team player with leadership experience
  • Proven ability to drive a progressive clinical culture
  • Mentoring skills with an understanding of the clinic’s operational efficiency
