Lloyd & Cowan is a specialist Veterinary Recruitment Consultancy who are delighted to be representing an established Modern Independent Practice based in Swindon area who are actively recruiting an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to manage and develop the team.
The Position
· Large purpose built clinic 2 consulting rooms, cat and dog wards, dispensary, prep room , dental area, diagnostic room , scrub and theatre , staff room and offices and large car park.
· Experienced Small Animal Vet required to manage and run clinic.
· Suitable candidate will have to build their own client base and be responsible for the day to day running of their practice
· Experienced Clinic Team in place.
· Develop team/ upskill team/ grow team/ introduce new services.
· The level of autonomy can be decided by the successful candidate
· No OOH
Renumeration
· 4 days a week
· 1 in 4 Saturdays
· Salary will be linked to profitability and turnover with a guaranteed minimum of £50,000.00
· 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
· RCVS and VDS fee’s covered
· Uniform and CPD allowance
