Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are delighted to be working with a practice who have a brand-new role for a junior vet who has completed their VetGDP (or close to) and are now looking to embark on their hospital journey.

About the role:
This Hospital is RCVS accredited and is a busy, expanding first-opinion centre, offering a 24 -hour service to their clients, as well as referral services to the practice’s nearby branch surgeries. They are also able to offer the services of RCVS Specialists in Ophthalmology, Diagnostic Imaging including CT facilities and Dermatology.
Rota:
They are seeking a colleague to join the team on a 4-day week basis, plus a weekend rotation. Your rota will be on a rotational basis enabling you to experience all departments of the hospital, ranging across consulting, surgery, ward and ECC.
There are no on-call requirements for this position.
Role:
You will be fully supported by senior clinical management on site, and experienced colleagues for any additional support you may need.
The salary band for this role dependant on previous experience is:
£38,000 to £45,000 based on a 40 hour week inclusive of weekend rotation.
