Up to £60,000 DOE | 40 Hours Over 4 Days

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established small animal practice group in Scotland, working across two sites. This role offers strong clinical support, career progression and a collaborative team environment.

About the Practice

Established in 2003, this small animal practice operates across two modern, well-equipped sites. Both are easily accessible, with disabled access and on-site parking. The team includes experienced clinicians and certificate holders, with a strong culture of case discussion, collaboration and shared learning.

The practices benefit from excellent transport links and are within easy reach of coastline, regional and national parks, offering a fantastic work-life balance.

The Role

Working within a supportive clinical culture, you will be empowered to make decisions, contribute to clinical standards and continue developing your expertise.

You will:

  • Manage a varied medical and surgical caseload

  • Carry out diagnostic investigations with confidence

  • Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate

  • Deliver outstanding patient and client care

  • Contribute to maintaining and improving clinical standards

This position would suit an experienced vet who is confident clinically, enjoys teamwork and is keen to further develop their skills or explore leadership pathways.

Rota

  • 40 hours per week

  • 4-day week
