A 4-day week with Fridays off provides genuine work-life balance, alongside a fair weekend rotation and no on-call commitments. You’ll also benefit from the full clinical backing of a 24-hour hospital for referrals, complex cases, or out-of-hours support—meaning you can practice with confidence knowing you’re never isolated.
Accommodation can be arranged if needed, and leadership training is offered to help you excel in the branch-vet role and shape the day-to-day running of the clinic alongside your registered nurse.
