Veterinary Surgeon – Exciting Opportunity to Make an Impact
I’m working with one of my valued clients to find a confident and forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly, experienced team. This is a full-time role for a vet with 3+ years of UK small animal experience, offering a true mix of consulting and surgery within a supportive and progressive environment.
You’ll be part of a modern, well-equipped practice known for high clinical standards, compassionate care, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Your role:

Deliver exceptional clinical and client care

Perform consults and surgeries to a high standard

Prepare accurate treatment plans and estimates

Support and mentor colleagues

Promote best practice and team collaboration
You’ll need:

RCVS registration
-
Proven small animal experience
-
A proactive, team-oriented approach
-
Strong communication and mentoring skills
