I’m delighted to be working with a well-established and progressive veterinary group in Dublin, currently seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced nurses who are passionate about clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous development.

In this role, you’ll become part of a supportive, forward-thinking environment where nurses are genuinely valued for the vital contribution they make to patient care and client communication. You’ll have the chance to work with a team that encourages professional growth, supports ongoing education, and provides a workplace where collaboration and learning are part of everyday life.

This position offers great variety – from inpatient care and anaesthesia monitoring to running nurse clinics and contributing to clinical standards. No two days are the same, and you’ll be supported to use and develop your full range of nursing skills.

If you’re looking to join a modern, dynamic team where your voice is heard, your development is championed, and your work truly makes an impact – I’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fully qualified and VCI-registered Veterinary Nurse (or equivalent recognised qualification)

  • Experience preferred, but applications are welcomed from all levels, including new graduates

  • Strong team player with initiative, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and client service

  • Enthusiasm for professional growth and continued learning

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary (from €30,000+, depending on experience)

  • 22 days annual leave

  • Paid maternity, paternity, and adoptive leave

  • Company sick pay and bereavement leave

  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and wellbeing support

  • Cycle to Work scheme and free flu jabs

Professional Development:

  • €600 CPD allowance + 3 paid CPD days (pro rata)

  • Funded certificates, diplomas, and further education opportunities

  • Structured academies and development pathways

  • Leadership training for those aspiring to senior roles

Additional Benefits:

  • Retail discounts, virtual gym access, and wellbeing initiatives

  • Discounted veterinary care for your own pets

  • Employee pension contributions

  • Access to internal committees and interest groups

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a respected, forward-thinking group that truly invests in its people.
