We’re working with a respected, RCVS-accredited small animal veterinary group based in Dorset, currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join one of their well-equipped branch practices located in the Bournemouth area.
The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position with scope to tailor hours slightly for the right candidate. The team is open to nurses at all stages of their career, and they place a strong emphasis on collaboration, development, and delivering high-quality patient care.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of nursing, including theatre work, inpatient care, nurse consults, and supporting student nurses. There’s opportunity to build your experience in areas that interest you, and support is available for further training or certificates.

Salary from £27,500+, depending on experience

Full-time: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (half-day)

Shifts between 8am–7pm on weekdays, Saturdays 8am–1pm

No out-of-hours or bank holiday work

The Practice
This is part of a forward-thinking group with a strong reputation for excellent care and team support. The practices are well-equipped, with access to hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, and in-house out-of-hours care at the main hospital site.
This particular branch offers a strong clinical team and a supportive working environment. You’ll be working alongside experienced vets, RVNs, ACAs, and reception staff in a practice that places real value on its people.
