A forward-thinking veterinary rehabilitation and wellness service in London is looking to appoint a Hydrotherapist and/or Physiotherapist as part of its continued growth. This role would suit someone passionate about rehabilitation and wellness, who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team and wants to be involved in a service that’s evolving and expanding.
The Role
You’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality rehabilitation care to small animal patients, supporting recovery, fitness, and long-term wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering hydrotherapy sessions using an underwater treadmill
- Providing land-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises where appropriate
- Supporting orthopaedic, chronic, post-operative, and wellness cases
- Educating and guiding clients throughout the rehabilitation process
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, safety, and water quality
- Working closely with orthopaedic and internal medicine vets
- Keeping CPD up to date in line with professional requirements
Hydrotherapy experience is essential. Physiotherapy experience is highly desirable, however candidates from a physiotherapy background alone are encouraged to apply, with hydrotherapy training available.

The Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 Certificate in Canine Hydrotherapy
- Membership of CHA, NARCH, or ICH
- At least 2 years’ experience in small animal rehabilitation
- Comfortable working in a growing and evolving service
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Professional, client-focused, and team-oriented
