Salary from £27,000+ DOE | Expanding Rehab & Wellness Service

A forward-thinking veterinary rehabilitation and wellness service in London is looking to appoint a Hydrotherapist and/or Physiotherapist as part of its continued growth. With one established site already in place and further locations planned across London, this is a great time to join a service that’s genuinely investing in rehabilitation, quality of life, and clinical collaboration.

This role would suit someone passionate about rehabilitation and wellness, who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team and wants to be involved in a service that’s evolving and expanding.

The Role
You’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality rehabilitation care to small animal patients, supporting recovery, fitness, and long-term wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering hydrotherapy sessions using an underwater treadmill
  • Providing land-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises where appropriate
  • Supporting orthopaedic, chronic, post-operative, and wellness cases
  • Educating and guiding clients throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, safety, and water quality
  • Working closely with orthopaedic and internal medicine vets
  • Keeping CPD up to date in line with professional requirements

Hydrotherapy experience is essential. Physiotherapy experience is highly desirable, however candidates from a physiotherapy background alone are encouraged to apply, with hydrotherapy training available.

Facilities & Clinical Environment

  • Underwater hydrotherapy treadmill
  • Laser therapy and electrotherapy equipment
  • Land-based rehabilitation and exercise equipment
  • Pulsed EMF beds
  • Exposure to regenerative medicine including PRP and stem cell therapies
  • A holistic, 360-degree approach to rehabilitation and wellness

Team & Culture

  • Reporting directly to the Physiotherapy Director and Lead Orthopaedic Vet
  • Working within small, high-calibre clinical teams
  • Purpose-built, modern, and thoughtfully designed clinics
  • Strong focus on clinical standards, compassion, and sustainability
  • Supportive, collaborative, and learning-focused culture

The Ideal Candidate

  • Level 3 Certificate in Canine Hydrotherapy
  • Membership of CHA, NARCH, or ICH
  • At least 2 years’ experience in small animal rehabilitation
  • Comfortable working in a growing and evolving service
  • Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Professional, client-focused, and team-oriented

What’s on Offer

  • Salary starting from £27,000+ depending on experience
  • Clear salary progression linked to professional achievement
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave including public holidays
  • CPD allowance
  • Professional membership fees reimbursed
  • Opportunity to grow alongside a London-based service expanding across multiple sites

This is an excellent opportunity for a Hydrotherapist or Physiotherapist seeking a Central London role with modern facilities, strong clinical integration, and long-term progression as the service continues to grow.
