I’m delighted to share an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Urgent Care Veterinarian to help launch a modern, purpose-built clinic in Leland, North Carolina—one of the fastest-growing, most desirable areas along the coast. With beautiful beaches, welcoming neighbourhoods, and quick access to Wilmington, it’s an ideal setting for someone looking to balance meaningful clinical work with an excellent quality of life.
This new facility has been designed from the ground up to bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. You’ll have the space, technology, and support you need to deliver fast, effective, high-quality medicine—without the strain of overnight shifts.

You’ll Bring:

DVM degree (or equivalent) and active veterinary license

5+ years of clinical experience

The confidence to lead, mentor, and support a developing team

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, solution-focused approach

DEA license and USDA accreditation (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
