What the Role Looks Like
In this position, you’ll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You’ll help shape medical standards, mentor fellow veterinarians, support a unified team culture, and ensure the hospital continues to deliver an outstanding client experience. Your expertise and guidance will play a major role in advancing the practice.
About You

DVM or equivalent, with eligibility for Texas licensure

DEA certification (or the ability to obtain it)

Strong medical and surgical foundation

Experience coaching or leading veterinarians
