What the Role Looks Like

In this position, you’ll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You’ll help shape medical standards, mentor fellow veterinarians, support a unified team culture, and ensure the hospital continues to deliver an outstanding client experience. Your expertise and guidance will play a major role in advancing the practice.

About You

  • DVM or equivalent, with eligibility for Texas licensure

  • DEA certification (or the ability to obtain it)

  • Strong medical and surgical foundation

  • Experience coaching or leading veterinarians

  • A collaborative, thoughtful approach to team management
