Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading a team of associate veterinarians and support staff to ensure high standards of clinical care

  • Establishing and maintaining medical protocols and regulatory compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)

  • Active or eligible for Texas veterinary licensure

  • 5+ years of clinical practice experience (preferred)

  • Prior leadership or management experience in a clinical setting

  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and mentoring skills

  • Committed to evidence-based medicine and the highest ethical standards

  • Able to effectively delegate, support team development, and drive results
