Our client who we are pleased to be working with are seeking a talented individual to join their team.
About them:
This group has two great practices in the stunning West Country. They encourage an open culture to allow their teams to thrive and aim to be the best vets they can be, helping their fantastic clients and their pets. You will join a team of 6 vets, both full and part time, and a nursing team of 6. Their clinical teams function around support and the delivery of high-quality veterinary medicine. They have digital radiography including dental and ultrasound, endoscopes and in house laboratories.
Working pattern:
They are open between the hours of 8:30am-6:30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 1pm Saturday. They have available 32 hours over 4 days but are happy to talk to vets wanting fewer hours or a more flexible working pattern. Work/life balance is a priority and there are no on-call requirements with this role, inpatient care only.
Ideal candidate:
They believe in offering a role that balances being the best vet with having the best personal life, for someone who is excellent at working as part of a team. They are also keen to support candidate growth in clinical knowledge and surgical skills. Candidates with a surgical bias or an interest in business development could find exciting opportunities within the team.
