We at Lloyd & Cowan are thrilled to be working with a practice who are looking for a Small Animal Surgeon or Mixed Vet to join their practice. The role will include carrying out consultations and surgeries.
Rota:
The rota includes working Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:00pm, making up to 30 hours per week.
About them:
They are a 1 site, 7 Vet practice with 4 Vet Nurses and work with the local regional college providing placement for local Vet Nurse and Animal Care Assistant students. They have modern x ray and U/S machine and Idexx blood machine. They are close to local beaches and the country park and are mid-way between Derry city and Coleraine/Portrush.
Currently they have 7 Veterinary Surgeons (4 F/T Mixed, 2 SA P/T & 1 Weekend/OOHs cover), 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses (2 soon to qualify), a Practice Manager, an Office Manager and 3 Receptionists. They have a very friendly young team who work well together and enjoy to socialise as a practice.
Salary:
The salary will be up to £47,250 depending on experience plus a relocation allowance up to £1,500.
