Due to this clinics' ever-expanding caseload, they are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them. You will join a team of progressive and knowledgeable Vets with multiple certificate holders. It would be great if you have an orthopaedic bias, however, this isn't essential.
We have meeting days once a month where we block off consultations and meet as a team. This allows us to share information and ideas we promote active case discussion between vets. They also have given time for individuals to focus on projects they want to work on, or the time is used for personal development.
Also they offer time off in lieu of any overtime worked and give associates opportunities to take on additional paid responsibilities, they also run an employee of the month scheme and practice book club in spare time.
Package and hours
Salary up to £60,000
4 days per week
No out of hours (OOH)
Good surgical and medical caseload
Saturdays on a rota of 1 in 6 (Saturday 9 am-1 pm)
