They’re now looking to welcome a Small Animal Vet—either full-time or part-time—to join their large, friendly team. With 14 vets on the team and varied clinical interests, it’s an ideal environment for someone who enjoys collaboration, learning, and a diverse caseload.

The Role:

  • Sole charge required during on-call, but support available for less experienced vets

  • 15-minute consults as standard

  • Flexible working arrangements considered

Practice Highlights:

  • Laser therapy, video endoscopy, dental X-ray, digital imaging & ultrasound

  • Laparoscopy, strong surgical case load

  • Supportive, experienced team with room to grow into certificate-level work

  • Sustainability-focused practice with recognised environmental awards

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £65,000 DOE

  • 33 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)

  • RCVS, VDS, and an additional professional membership paid

  • CPD allowance of £1,750 + 5 days (more for certificate holders)

  • Career development via structured pathways

  • And more.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet who wants to be part of a progressive and well-supported environment while enjoying real work-life balance and career progression.
