We are working with a well-established, multi-branch veterinary practice on the Devon/North Cornwall border, which is looking for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet with at least 1 year of post-graduate experience who is looking to work in a well-equipped, supportive, and progressive practice with a strong emphasis on clinical development and career progression.
The Role
- Full-time position with a 4-day working week
- Shared Saturday rota with a regular day off in return
- 1 in 8 weekends on call (with Monday off post-weekend)
- Maximum of 4 nights on-call per 4-week period (2 included for a worked weekend)
- Salary starting from £38,000, increasing with experience

This highly regarded practice operates across four modern, well-equipped branches, each offering advanced surgical and diagnostic facilities. The main hospital is the central hub for inpatient care and OOH cases, supported by a dedicated nursing team.
