The Practice & Team

Multi-vet setup with 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs and strong non-clinical support

Interests in exotics, soft tissue surgery and ophthalmology already in-house

Encouraged to develop your own clinical bias at your own pace

Diary structured to allow for proper note-taking, case workups and follow-ups

Regular 1:1s and team meetings – everyone has a say
 
Who This Would Suit
- 
	
A vet with a few years’ experience post-graduation
 - 
	
Comfortable with routine consults and surgeries
 - 
	
Someone looking to refine a clinical interest or step into a more senior role

Surgical or consultative bias can both be accommodated
 
Working Pattern
- 
	
Full or part-time options available

1 in 3 Saturdays with TOIL
