This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian to step into a full-time role at a well-established, high-foot-traffic clinic located in Lidcombe Shopping Centre. Conveniently located with ample onsite parking, this clinic operates Monday to Saturday (9:00am–5:30pm) and offers excellent work-life balance with no after-hours, no on-call, no Sundays, and no public holidays.
The Clinic
You will be joining a busy, well-equipped small animal clinic supported by an experienced Business Manager and Senior Nurse, with a team of four clinicians. The clinic features:

Spacious reception and waiting area

Two consult rooms

Sterile operating theatre

Digital X-ray and dental X-ray

Full in-house pathology

Regular visits from medical and surgical specialists

Strong referral pathways to nearby hospitals for complex cases and overnight care
This setup allows you to manage a broad and interesting caseload with excellent clinical support.
The Role
This role is ideal for a caring, collaborative veterinarian who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a stable, supportive team:

Manage medical cases from consult through to follow-up

Perform routine and non-routine surgeries aligned to your experience

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through clear communication

About You
You will be well-suited to this role if you have:

Veterinary qualifications with relevant state registration (or eligibility)

3+ years’ experience in small animal practice

A collaborative, approachable manner with colleagues and clients

A desire to contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture

Strong communication skills and a commitment to high standards of patient care
