At Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment we are working closely with an excellent client in Stoke-on-Trent, who are seeking to appoint a Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal Vet! This highly supportive veterinary practice is equipped with all the usual 'mods & cons' and is built to industry leading standards. Employees enjoy their jobs and are happy to come to work, which is reflected in a low labour turnover rate!
Key abilities:
Confident working across consults, surgery and medical work ups
Work as part of a highly supportive and friendly veterinary team
Prescribe the appropriate treatment or operations on a varied caseload
Full or part time roles with a weekend rota of 1:4, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
Requirements:
Registered with the RCVS, or meet the requirements
Experience working within a busy first opinion Vet practice
Friendly individual with a team spirit
Remuneration:
Excellent salary (Up to £55k)
RCVS/VDS fees due
Workplace pension scheme
Certificates funded and strongly encouraged
CPD allowance of £1750
6 + weeks of annual leave
