About the Role
You’ll take the lead within a busy GP setting, guiding day-to-day clinical work and offering mentorship to another vet who splits their time between neighbouring branches. Although this is a sole-charge role, you won’t be alone—you’ll have:

A strong team of RVNs, students, veterinary care assistants, and experienced reception staff

Full clinical backup from a nearby 24-hour hospital, handling complex cases and out-of-hours needs

Ongoing guidance from a dedicated regional manager and a highly experienced clinical lead, both committed to supporting your development and decision-making
The position runs Tuesday to Friday, with light weekend commitments (a rotating Saturday and an occasional Sunday or bank holiday). No on-call requirements and accommodation is available if needed.
This is an excellent fit for a surgeon who loves building client relationships, thrives in an autonomous environment, and enjoys shaping a practice with their own clinical style.
