You’ll be stepping into a practice with a loyal client base, a supportive vet team, and a clinical support team who are passionate about delivering exceptional care. What You’ll Be Doing
In this senior role, you will work closely with the lead veterinary surgeon to ensure the practice operates efficiently and maintains exceptional standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day practice workflow to keep operations seamless

Supporting and guiding the clinical support team

Maintaining equipment, stock and clinical standards

Contributing to diary and rota coordination

Ensuring outstanding client communication and care

Delivering high-quality nursing across consults, procedures and inpatient care
You’ll also be supported by a dedicated regional manager, and out-of-hours care is handled externally—meaning no on-call requirements.
This full-time position is 40 hours per week, which can be arranged over four days. The role includes participation in a fair weekend and bank holiday rota at a nearby 24-hour hospital.
