Want to Practise as a Veterinary Surgeon in a Close-Knit Team with Modern, Well-Equipped Facilities?
I’m working with a warm, progressive small-animal practice that genuinely puts people, pets, and team culture at the heart of everything it does. This is an opportunity for a veterinary surgeon who wants to feel supported, heard, and excited about coming to work—while having access to modern technology and a varied, interesting caseload.
This is not just another clinical role. It’s a chance to join a tight, collaborative team where kindness, respect, and high clinical standards go hand in hand.
The environment
You’ll be joining an established, stable team made up of experienced vets, skilled nurses, and dedicated client care staff who genuinely enjoy working together. Leadership is clinical-led, understands the realities of practice life, and actively supports flexibility, wellbeing, and professional growth. The culture is open, friendly, and grounded—this is a place where your voice matters.
Facilities and caseload
The practice is modern and well equipped, allowing you to practise medicine properly and confidently. Facilities include digital radiography, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, and expanding dental capabilities, alongside a varied surgical caseload that includes more complex procedures for those who enjoy getting hands-on. The setup supports gold-standard care without unnecessary pressure.
Who I’d love to speak with
I’m keen to connect with a veterinary surgeon with around two or more years’ small-animal experience who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues. You’ll be comfortable with routine surgery and medical work-ups, calm when things get busy, and naturally collaborative. Full-time and part-time options are available, with rotas built around real life—no out-of-hours and flexibility where it matters.
What’s on offer
This role comes with a thoughtfully designed package that genuinely supports you both professionally and personally:
-
Salary up to £65,000 FTE, depending on experience
-
Generous CPD funding, including support towards certificates
-
Paid professional memberships
-
Pension contributions and financial wellbeing support
-
The option to buy additional annual leave
-
Access to exclusive lifestyle and retail benefits
-
A culture that prioritises work–life balance, flexibility, and long-term career satisfaction
Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team where you’re treated as a person—not a number—and encouraged to develop your own clinical interests at your own pace.
