Registered Veterinary Nurse & Clinical Coach 

I’m looking to speak with an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse who is also a Clinical Coach to join a supportive and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while helping to develop the next generation of veterinary professionals.

You’ll work alongside a skilled Lead Vet and a dedicated support team within a well-equipped practice featuring digital X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, dentistry facilities, and an in-house laboratory. The team prides itself on maintaining high clinical standards and fostering a collaborative, caring environment.

The role:
This is a part-time position (34.5 hours per week), structured as follows:

  • Monday: 8:00am – 6:30pm

  • Wednesday: 8:30am – 2:30pm

  • Thursday: 8:00am – 6:30pm

  • Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm

  • Plus 1 in 6 full weekends and 2 Bank Holidays per year at a nearby 24-hour hospital

    Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding care to patients and clients across all areas of the practice

  • Assist with surgical and medical procedures, ensuring smooth pre- and post-op care

  • Lead nurse consultations and schedule 3 procedures confidently

  • Oversee inpatient monitoring, admissions, and discharges

  • Dispense and check medications with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Coach, support, and inspire student nurses as a Clinical Coach

  • Promote compliance, teamwork, and efficient day-to-day practice operations

About you:

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with strong all-round clinical experience

  • Qualified Clinical Coach with a passion for mentoring and developing others

  • Approachable, organised, and committed to delivering high standards of care

  • Excellent communicator and true team player

  • Dedicated to making a positive impact within a supportive and professional environment
