This 3-vet team is led by Branch Partner, who has a certificate in Small Animal Medicine. They have a fantastic support team including an experienced HRVN plus SVN, PCA and dedicated Receptionist.
They keep majority of procedures in-house, so they have a great caseload with access to a nearby hospital for more complex cases. They also hope to have a new ultrasound machine soon therefore someone with an interest in diagnostics could complement the team well!
The Role
In this highly rewarding and fulfilling role, you'll work closely with vets in practice, performing essential nursing duties and ensuring pets have everything they need.
As an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse, you can even help shape the next generation as a Clinical Coach, using your knowledge and skills to help train and support nurses of the future.

The clinic is a well-established practice in the heart of London, it's a great place to continue your career with plenty of support to further develop routine and other soft tissues surgeries.
The practice has everything needed to provide great care including two consult rooms, theatre, digital x-ray, blood pressure machine, ECG, full lab including microscope, haematology and biochemistry analyser.
They also have access to advanced diagnostics, including CT Imaging and seamless round the clock care via a nearby 24-Hour Hospital, and the input of certificate holders and wider colleagues, which allows great follow through on cases when things go beyond first opinion level.

This role offers a salary package of up to £30,000 per annum
£750 CPD allowance with 2-days CPD leave
RCVS, VDS and BVNA memberships
40 hours per week with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends with TOIL
5-weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
Duties:
Nursing/discharge of in-patients, prioritising patient welfare and care
Nurse consultations
Training of junior nurses and supporting students in practice
Running in house lab samples and organising repeat prescription
Skills and Experience
- Registered with the RCVS
- Commitment to animal welfare
- Ability to keep on top of practise protocols and procedures
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communicator with both colleagues and clients
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to use your judgement and make decisions
