A Standout RVN Opportunity in a Dynamic, Fast-Growing Practice
I’m delighted to share a fantastic opening for an RVN who is eager to step into a vibrant, supportive, and forward-thinking clinical environment. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced GP setting, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to be part of a team that works seamlessly across a multi-level practice.
This full-time position is structured as a 4-day working week, offering an excellent balance between professional fulfilment and personal time. Your rota includes a fair weekend rotation and a single bank holiday per year, with no on-call, allowing you to focus on what you do best without the strain of overnight work. You’ll be joining an enthusiastic group made up of senior and associate vets, a senior RVN, brilliant trainee nurses, and an engaged regional manager—all committed to delivering exceptional patient and client care.
You’ll also have the reassurance of full out-of-hours and referral support from an established 24-hour hospital, ensuring continuity of care for your caseload and access to advanced treatment options when needed.
What You'll Receive:
A competitive package designed to reward your expertise and support your growth:
-
Salary between £32,000–£35,000 FTE, depending on experience
-
Generous annual leave allocation, including bank holidays
-
Funded CPD, plus dedicated paid study time
