Are you a charismatic and focused manager? With the ongoing growth of our client's award-winning and independent teams in West London, they are currently seeking a Regional Manager to join their team and take ownership in driving further expansion across their esteemed surgeries.
About you
The ideal candidate should demonstrate management experience and exhibit openness to new ideas and guidance. Moreover, you should be proactive in introducing innovative solutions to enhance the support and operations of our esteemed branches. While a background in a clinical role similar to this is preferable, our client are also considering highly experienced Head Nurses or Practice Managers who display strong organisational abilities, adaptability, and a dedication to achieving exceptional outcomes.
The role
In this position, your duties will include the following
Efficiently and effectively manage roster scheduling to ensure smooth operation of veterinary services
Coordinate and facilitate clinical meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members
Knowledge and management of referrals
Complaint handling (both clinical and service),
Fostering a positive culture
Overviewing both service and clinical areas of performance and delegating areas of accountability within your surgeries.
Additionally, the management team conducts weekly meetings to reflect on past achievements and plan future strategies, including:
Recruitment and retention initiatives
Debt management and financial planning
Onboarding and training of new team members
Monitoring and responding to NPS feedback
Maintenance and upkeep of surgical equipment
Marketing strategies and upcoming celebratory events
Salary
The salary for this position is up to £50,000
