We are pleased to be working with a veterinary practice in Manchester, who are seeking to appoint a Registered Veterinary Nurse, in a leadership role. The practice is equipped with all the usual 'mods & cons' and offers a high-quality service to clients.
Key abilities:
Work in collaboration with another Head Nurse to help develop and support the large nursing team
Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day procedures and consultations within the practice
Develop and grow colleagues careers, especially the nursing team
This role is ideally full time (4 days per week), with flexible hours offered
Requirements:
RCVS registered, or meet the requirements
Proven leadership skills, preferably with experience of having managed a team
Ability to mentor, coach and develop others
Confidence in decision making
