Are you an experienced RVN looking for a role that allows you to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a dedicated and close-knit team at a well-established practice.
The Role: What You Can Expect
In this dynamic position, you’ll engage in a variety of hands-on nursing duties, from patient monitoring and assisting in surgeries to nurse-led consultations and clinical coaching within the practice. The team provides extensive support, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role while delivering outstanding care to clients and their pets.

Working Pattern:
40 hours per week with a 1:6 weekend rotation, allowing for a balanced work schedule.

What You’ll Do
Assist with pre- and post-surgical care, ensuring smooth patient transitions.
Provide high-quality patient monitoring, treatments, and nursing consultations, supporting both medical and surgical cases.
Conduct admissions and discharges, maintaining open communication with clients regarding their pet’s care.
Deliver professional standards in line with all practice and regulatory guidelines.
Play a key role in briefings to coordinate team efforts, keeping the practice running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Registered with the RCVS and holding experience in a small animal practice setting.
Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care, strong client communication, and a team-centric approach.
Experience: Prior experience leading nurse consultations, influencing team performance, and supporting a positive practice environment.
