Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are delighted to be working with a practice who are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their amazing team.
About the role:
The role involves a variety of duties, including monitoring of anaesthetics, performing radiographs, taking blood pressures, cytology, inpatient care and keeping PSS standards.
Full-time – 37.5 – 40 hours per week.
1 in 9 Saturday morning rota where you get the time back.
No out-of-hours required as this is provided by our neighbouring hospital.

This practice has been caring for the pets of Cardiff since 1997 and they pride themselves on providing the highest standards of care – always putting their patients and clients first.
Their fantastic and skilled team consists of 8 FTE vets, 10 RVN’s, 3 SVN’s and 3 ANA’s
The practice is well equipped providing standard services and consultations to more complex treatments and surgeries if and when required. They have all the things they need: x-rays, ultrasound, in house blood machines, dental x-rays, vet and nurse certificate holders in surgery and medicine.
About you:
They are seeking a confident RVN, who is capable and enthusiastic in all nursing skills. A real team player that will contribute positively and proactively to their highly valued team.
