Our client who we are pleased to be working with are on the look out for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team.
Part of the role will also be spent in first opinion nursing - giving a wide and varied role. You must have a flexible approach to work and be willing to work across different teams. Experience/an interest in Neurology/Imaging referrals would be desirable but not essential. 

Rota:
Ideally, this role will be 40 hours across 5 days per week - but this can be flexible. Expectation to be part of the weekend and on-call rota, but the exact pattern is to be confirmed.

Their facilities boast cutting-edge equipment including an excellent ultrasound machine, x-ray facilities, gastroscope, multiparameter monitoring, and dental x-ray capabilities. Additionally, they have an on-site neurologist with MRI capabilities and a radioactive iodine unit. 

Their practice is supported by a dedicated team consisting of 2.5 veterinarians and 3.5 full-time equivalent nurses, all of whom possess extensive experience in their respective roles. There is an additional dedicated MRI/Neurology referrals team. Their practice fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where team members are encouraged to bring their dogs to work and enjoy rural lunchtime walks, enhancing both work-life balance and team camaraderie. With a friendly and loyal client base, their practice offers the opportunity to experience the fulfilling dynamics of a busy first opinion practice and a varied and exciting referral service.

Salary:

​Salary up to £31,000 depending on experience
