We are working closely with a practice in Wilmslow that are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly team.
A 360 approach to pet care
Their practice opened in the spring of 2021 as part of an inspirational new way of working within our £1.1 million Pets at Home "store of the future". This practice is at the forefront of providing pet care, encompassing a 360 approach by working alongside store and grooming colleagues to provide gold standard care to clients and their pets. Their Clinical Director Mal is a certificate holder in soft tissue which allows them to offer more advanced surgical procedures within practice which expands their cliental and provides a more varied workload for both their Vets and Nurses.
In your role
Your excellent teamwork and passion for caring for your communities' pets means you will be in the heart of the action. Working with store colleagues to ensure your client's needs are met from a pet care side, to working with veterinary colleagues to provide first class healthcare, your day is never dull. You will be fully supported to use your nursing skills to their full potential including theatre work and nurse consults. Part of this will be engaging with colleagues in store and in practice to help make this a pet care destination of choice.
This role is a full-time position working 40 hours per week including some weekend cover on a rota basis.
About You
You will be a Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to join an enthusiastic and friendly team. You have great communication and organisation skills, take pride in working to a high standard and enjoy working with others in different roles.
