We are excited to again be working with an exceptional Small Animal clinic, based in East Lothian who have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse to join their team!
The location is ideal, with East Lothian being a great place to be, close to Edinburgh, as well as the coast and hills.
About the Practice:
The practice is a busy small animal practice providing the ideal opportunity to use your veterinary nursing skills to the fullest. They are a great, friendly, social team of vets, nurses, and support staff and the team consists of 6 vets, 4 Registered Vet Nurses and 3 Student Vet Nurses.
The practice has a full range of surgical and medical facilities, and are also a Veterinary Nursing training practice, so there will be opportunities for student coaching.
The Ideal Nurse:
They are looking for a team player.
You will be a good communicator, having empathy with clients and their pets, and a passion to extend your range of experience, alongside the likeminded team.
Rota:
This is a permanent full-time position of 37.25 hours per week including 4 hours on a Saturday morning every 4th week.
No out of hours.
Potential for overtime.
Benefits include:
Salary offered will be £22,000 to £27,000 – commensurate with experience
Holiday entitlement – 22 days, plus all bank holidays.
