​We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join a great team as Regional Operations Director based in Colorado. This role involves supporting hospitals within a designated ecosystem, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment across all veterinary hospitals.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the integration of new practices and contribute to the overall success.

Some Key Responsibilities:

    • Build positive relationships within local hospital teams.

    • Mentor and coach hospital leadership teams, ensuring staff training and development.

    • Collaborate with People Operations on recruiting, retention, and learning strategies.

    • Execute team-focused hospital visits to gather feedback and address concerns.

    • Engage with hospital teams to understand the local market.

    • Support the marketing department in developing targeted strategies

    • Ensure a positive client and patient experience throughout

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategize improvement plans.

    • Develop and maintain strategic planning efforts for the ecosystem and hospitals.

    • Advocate for medical excellence and efficiency within the local leadership team.

    • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Education and Experience:

  • DVM or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or equivalent.

  • 3 years of leadership experience in a rapidly growing business with multiple locations.

  • Background in veterinary health field preferred; management or medical director experience is a plus.

Compensation: Negotiable based on credentials and experience. The annual salary will range between $110,000-$150,000/year, considering skills, qualifications, experience, and location
